At DEFEND YOUR EXISTENCE, we provide professional security services and highly trained security officers to protect your people, property, and assets. Due to the nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable.

No Refunds on Security Services

We do not offer refunds, credits, or chargebacks on any security services purchased, including but not limited to:

  • Security officer deployments
  • Event security services
  • Patrol services
  • Consulting services
  • Training programs
  • Service contracts and retainers

This policy exists because:

  • Security officers and resources are scheduled and allocated specifically for your service
  • Once services are rendered, they cannot be returned or undone
  • We commit personnel, time, and resources based on your booking
  • Cancellations impact our ability to deploy officers to other clients

Service Commitment

While all sales are final, we are committed to delivering exceptional security services. If you experience issues with our service delivery, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can address your concerns in real-time.

Cancellation Policy

  • Advance Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least [72 hours] in advance of scheduled service
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than [72 hours] notice will be charged the full service fee
  • No-Shows: Failure to cancel will result in full charges for the scheduled service
